Delivery and Payment Terms
Delivery:
Your order can be delivered within Bulgaria via the courier companies Speedy or Econt.
The delivery cost will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the selected products.
For orders over 150 BGN, we offer free delivery to a Speedy office.
Payment:
Cash on Delivery
Payment is made in cash upon receiving the parcel from the courier.
Card Payment
You can pay for your order using a debit or credit card.
Bank Transfer
When finalizing your order, please select the “Bank Transfer” payment option. You will then receive our bank account details.
Please indicate your order number as the payment reference.
All listed prices include VAT.
International Deliveries:
Deliveries abroad are carried out via A1 Post, Bulgarian Posts, Econt, Speedy, or DHL.
International orders are arranged by phone (+359 887 444 322) and/or email (info@babinarakla.bg) to calculate the additional delivery cost, which depends on the parcel’s weight, size, and the chosen courier.
For international shipments, prepayment via bank transfer is required.
Please include your order number as the payment reference.
