The model is a combination of two traditional embroideries from Varna, presented in the collection "Bulgarian Folk Embroideries", Elena Todorova, publishing house "The Heritage.BG". The symbolism of the Dobrudzha Embroidery is closely linked to agriculture. Dobrudzhanka embroidered wishes for rich harvest on the clothes, perpetuates the heavy agricultural labor. In this case, the central motif of the interpreted embroidery unites two embroidery ornaments - Libra and Hands and bears the name "Working hands measure a good harvest" / from Ivan Koev's book "Bulgarian Embroidery's Ornamentation", 1951.
